These Terms and Conditions govern earning of referral tokens for use on the PrizePool website and App. Use of referral tokens is also governed by our Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”), Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), and any promotion rules and/or terms and conditions (the “Official Rules”), and such Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Official Rules are hereby incorporated in their entirety into these Terms and Conditions by reference. In case of a conflict between the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Official Rules and/or these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use shall govern. Links to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Official Rules are available on the PrizePool website and App.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate earning of referral tokens at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to referral token earning will be incorporated into revised Terms and Conditions that will be available on the PrizePool website and App. In the event of termination, PrizePool account holders will have thirty (30) days from the date of notification of termination to redeem any remaining referral tokens. You must have a PrizePool account to earn referral tokens. PrizePool accounts are free. Referral tokens may be used for PrizePool Referral Rush Instant Win Game offered by PrizePool, as well as for other purposes which PrizePool may offer from time-to-time.

How to Earn Referral Tokens:

1. Make a successful PrizePool referral

2. A successful referral is defined as a new customer who opens a PrizePool bank account with approved KYC using your referral code

3. Referral tokens are applied to the referrers account automatically

4. From time to time, PrizePool may offer additional opportunities to earn referral tokens. Such additional opportunities may be subject to separate Official Rules.

5. A PrizePool account may earn up to 5 referral tokens max per account at a time.
