PrizePool Stacked User Agreement: This PrizePool Stacked Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for a PrizePool, Inc ("PrizePool") and customer ("You") to subscribe to a PrizePool Stacked membership ("PrizePool Stacked or PrizePool Stacked Early Access"), as described herein.

PrizePool is offering You, PrizePool Stacked, a membership through which You can receive access to certain premium products. Specifically, PrizePool Stacked will initially include access to a higher Annualized Saving Bonus (”Savings Bonus”).

The PrizePool Stacked membership is comprised of one membership with an Annual Fee (”Annual Fee”) $120 or Monthly Fee ("Monthly Fee") $12, which comes with the PrizePool Stacked Annualized Savings Bonus and other PrizePool benefits. The PrizePool Stacked Annualized Savings Bonus starts when your membership is active and your purchase has been completed. Your PrizePool account will be charged the Annual Fee within 7 days of agreeing to these terms and every 365 days from date of purchase for your PrizePool Stacked membership. If You selected the Monthly Fee, your PrizePool account will be charged the Monthly Fee within 7 days of agreeing to these terms and every month from date of purchase for your PrizePool Stacked membership.

PrizePool Stacked membership is not refundable, but You are able to discontinue enrollment in the following year if you selected the Annual membership. You are able to discontinue enrollment in the following Month if you selected the Monthly membership. You understand that PrizePool may at any time and in its sole discretion, modify the Yearly Fee or Monthly Fee and alter, add, or remove any PrizePool Stacked features, including the Savings Bonus.

PrizePool will provide You 30 days advance written notice of any changes to its Yearly Fee or Monthly Fee. PrizePool may terminate Your Stacked membership at our discretion without notice. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Stacked membership. Our failure to insist upon or enforce Your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
