Make sure your PrizePool address is up to date in the app:
Navigate to settings screen
Click 'Profile' in the Settings menu
Select 'Edit' Physical Address and Phone Number
Edit your physical address and contact phone number, if necessary
Confirm and 'Save' on the top right
Note: Due to federal regulations, the address on file must be the account holder's physical address (mailing address or P.O. Box is not accepted and may result in a delay of accessing your account if provided when updating your address).
