Update your PIN for debit transactions that require it

Some debit transactions will require a PIN verification and may decline if it is not set up. For transactions that require PIN, create/update your PrizePool debit PIN in the app:

  1. Navigate to the wallet screen

  2. In Wallet, click the three dot menu on the upper right section of your virtual debit card

  3. Click the menu option 'Change PIN Code'

  4. Set a New PIN

  5. Confirm your new PIN

  6. Wait for the app to update and confirm your updated PIN has successfully processed

    1. Should you receive an error message, please contact PrizePool Support in the app
