Since you are opening a bank account we need to verify your information. Sometimes we're unable to automatically verify your information, which means we need to request proof and review it manually. There can be multiple reasons as to why your information cannot be verified (i.e., name mismatch, DOB, or SSN).
Please ensure you are on iOS 1.0.84 version or Android 1.0.92 version prior to following the process outlined below to attach a photo of the document being requested (i.e. driver's license, social security card, or passport, etc.) for manual review:
Click on Upload Documents.
Click on the photo icon to take a photo of the document.
To avoid delays, please provide the correct document as requested. Selfies are not acceptable.
Review the photo and click Use if photo is clear, then it will be uploaded for review.
*Click Retake if the photo is blurry or cut off.
You will receive an email when review is completed, which could take 1-2 business days.
If you decide to skip this step, you can return to this page by clicking on Finish Document Upload on the main screen. Note: users are unable to link an external account or accrue tickets until an account is successfully created.
