I made a mistake! How do I cancel a deposit? To cancel a deposit, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on the Wallet icon (second tab) at the bottom of your screen. Scroll down to View PENDING TRANSFERS. Locate the pending deposit. Click (tap) on it.

2. Click Cancel Transfer

3. Click Yes to confirm

Please note, cancellation must be done within 5 minutes from when the deposit was initiated. Withdrawals cannot be cancelled.
