If you're a new PrizePool depositor, please note that our banking partner has implemented a new fraud control that holds all deposits for 96 hours after your deposit has posted to your account. After the 96 hour hold time, your funds can be withdrawn.
Another possible reason for withdrawals not working is if you're trying to withdraw more than $500 at a time and you haven't been approved for Level 2 Withdrawal limits. Once you have been approved for level 2 withdrawal limits, you can initiate up to $5k per day / $20k per month. See this article for more information around how to apply for level 2 withdrawal limits.
