If you're a new PrizePool depositor, please note that our banking partner has implemented a new fraud control that holds new deposits for 5 days from the date of deposit posting to your account. After the 5 day settlement time, your funds can be withdrawn.

Another possible reason for withdrawals not working is if you're trying to withdraw more than $2,000 at a time and you haven't been approved for Level 2 Withdrawal limits. Once you have been approved for Level 2 Withdrawal limits, you can initiate up to $10k per day / $30k per month.
